We had a last-minute moving and storage situation and JRconcierge came through beautifully. James Lewis and company really went the extra mile—all their vehicles were in use, but they rented a van to get the move done and while we were filling out storage paperwork, they were putting everything into the new storage space. I’m at a loss for words to adequately describe the experience of working with James & his team member Ryan last weekend. A friend of mine was in a serious bind & needed to hire a mover immediately. I had met James at a networking event & really liked him. I’d not worked with him yet so I called & left a msg. He called me back within the hour & told me he could do it (last minute on a Sunday no less)! It was a very sensitive situation. James & Ryan handled it with grace & professionalism. They not only took care of the physical move but respectfully managed the emotional part as well.
